All of us at the shop love a classic California IPA, so we decided to brew our own.
We teamed up with our friends at Woods Cerveceria De Mateveza to create a beer that was in line with all the things we love about a great IPA.  Our good friend and brewmaster Ray Romero, used medium-body grains for easy drinking with slightly citrus hops. He then finished with a classic 'West Coast' yeast to round it out with a piney finish.
